Aiken Shipping and Return Policy
Full priced (e.g. non-sale) merchandise purchased at Aiken’s online store (aikenclothing.com) is eligible for return provided that: 1) a request for return is made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise from Aiken and 2) the returned merchandise is unworn and packaging and tags are included in the return. The merchandise needs to be returned to Aiken within 3 weeks of receipt of goods to qualify for a full credit card refund After three weeks, a store credit will be provided.
Sale priced merchandise and Aiken Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Aiken provides free shipping to the customer for purchases $50 or more to destinations within the continental US.
Aiken does not provide free shipping for returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item.
To return full priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization. Please provide: 1) your name 2) order number and 3) names of items to be returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, Aiken will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if everything checks out, we will provide a refund to your credit card. Please allow three to five (sometimes more) days for your credit card issuing bank to post the refund to your account.
If the customer paid for shipping when they made the purchase (for purchases under $50), shipping costs are non-refundable .If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Aiken does not apply discounts after purchase.
Shipping Materials: Aiken frequently re-uses shipping boxes for sustainability reasons. Please know that while the shipping box may appear to have been used previously, rest assured the goods inside are brand new.
